Aly Bali offers a fully comprehensive design and repair service for all your precious items.

We work with each customer to understand the unique service required for you the customer to receive the most appropriate care for each special item.

What type of watches do you work on?We work on both mechanical and quartz watches, we cafefully inspect each watch to understand what work needs to be carried out.

Do you replace watch straps?Yes we do, the strap and buckle is inspected as part of any work on any watch. We can source and supply the authentic strap or a strap of your choice from a large stock we hold in store.

Do you replace a watch glass?We can inspect and replace any glass style or shape. As with all our work, we will provide an estimate before we go ahead and how long it will take.

Do you service mechanical watches?Usually yes, however as these are a particularily specialist item, please ask us, as it does depend on type and manufacturer.

How much does a service cost?We don’t have blanket prices as each repair demands a unique level of detail. Therefore, quotes and valuations are provided on request.

How long does a service normally take?Battery fitting is usually within a day. A strap (if it’s in stock) is also around a day if not in stock it could take a few days. Other work will be advised at the time of when we quote.

Do you repair jewellery?Yes, we undertake all manor of jewellery work for example - hot work repairs, from resizing/replacing/resetting precious stones. All types of restrings from freshwater pearl necklaces to replacing a clasps.
